We strive to deliver your young plants, tissue culture varieties, and floriculture products safely and promptly, but please review the following guidelines on cancellations, returns, and shipping timelines before completing your purchase.
Order Cancellation
We understand that plans can change. To accommodate this:
- You may cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of placement by contacting our Customer Support at info@floranceflora.com or calling 08029734053.
- Once your order has been shipped—confirmed via email or SMS—it cannot be canceled or altered. This policy helps us maintain fast, reliable dispatch and delivery schedules.
Custom & Altered Orders
For products requiring customization—such as tailored plant assortments, special packaging, or unique growing material—production and preparation begin immediately upon order confirmation. As materials and labor are allocated at that time, these orders cannot be canceled once customization has started.
Damaged Items, Refunds & Exchanges
Your satisfaction matters. If a delivered item arrives damaged, please note:
- You must raise a damage claim within 24 hours of delivery by submitting a support request to info@floranceflora.com with photos and order details.
- After verification, we will either replace the damaged item at no extra cost or issue a full refund for that product.
- Items delivered in good condition are not eligible for refund or exchange unless they meet the above damage criteria.
Shipping Methods & Transit Times
- Domestic Shipping: Standard delivery across India typically takes 3–7 business days. Expedited options may be available at checkout.
- International Shipping: Delivery times vary by destination (7–21 days) plus customs clearance. Import duties and taxes are borne by the recipient.
- Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS to monitor its progress in real time.
