– Handle telephone calls
– Handle vendor bills and payments
– Receive visitors
– Maintain telephone and fax numbers index
– Analyze telephone bills
– Assign housekeeping, office boys tasks
– Assist in typing documents/letters for functional heads
– Coordination of couriers; maintain registers
– Make ticket and hotel bookings
– Handle fax, photo copies and maintain registers
– Maintain outgoing letters/cheques register
– Maintain register for stationery, library books
– Maintain log book of drivers and coordinate with them.
– Handle Petty Cash
– Take care of incoming calls and provide basic information, such as hours of operation or directions to the place, and direct other inquiries to the appropriate staff member.
Skills, Qualifications and Other Requirements:
– Education: Minimum 12th Pass
– Good communication skills is a must
– Should possess good interpersonal skills
– Must be able to multi-task
– Basic knowledge of MS Office is a must.
– Languages known: English, and Kannada
